The aim of this O.A.L. is the Permanent Education and Socio-cultural participation of all kinds of people by means of courses and activities to provide the setting for a variety of fields such as artistic, occupational, educational as well as traditional activities.
Since 1982, first as the University Popular, later as Fundación Municipal and now as O.A.L. Arte y Cultura, we intend to fulfil the social needs of leisure, culture and education in Marbella and San Pedro Alcántara.
